If a whole class is `@internal`, there is no need to mark the individual methods, properties or constants as `@internal`.

If a whole class is
@internal, there is no need to mark the individual methods, properties or constants as@internal.
Indeed. Though the paper trail indicates that the constant was marked internal before the class finally was, so that was required for a time. But we didn't need to mark the methods as internal.
